What Earling Labs Marketer collects and how it's handled.

What we collect

• Your account: company name, your name, email, and a securely hashed password.
• Your business profile: trade, phone, website, address, service area, hours, and description.
• Content you create: Google Business post drafts, schedules, and saved keywords.

How AI features use your data

When you draft a post or request keyword ideas, the relevant inputs are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. We do not sell your data or your customers' data. See our AI Disclosure for specifics, including how de-identified interaction records may be used to improve our own future models (no post text is stored for that purpose; your account is a one-way pseudonym).

Google Business Profile

Marketer does not post to Google on your behalf unless you connect a Google account and explicitly enable publishing (a feature that is gated until your business is set up). Until then, publishing simply marks a post done here and you paste the text into Google yourself.

Data sharing across the suite

If you also use Earling Labs Reporter, it can read a high-level marketing summary for your account (completeness score and post counts — no post content) over an authenticated internal feed.

Deleting your data

Email support@earlinglabs.com to request deletion of your account and associated data.
